Countdown to The Bay Games 2018

The Bay Games is back in 2018 and we are more than just a little bit excited. There are only 31 days to go until the start gun sounds so you better hurry up and secure your spot if you haven’t done so already.

The Bay Games is designed to be fun, community-oriented and family friendly while showcasing the talents of everyday athletes from around Australia. Combining both beach and land-based activities, there are team events, individual events and junior events. Just who will be crowned the second ever “Boss of the Bay” in 2018?


5 exciting workouts will test speed, stamina and functional fitness including (but not limited to):

  • SUP boarding
  • Barbell work
  • Sandbag work
  • Kettlebell work
  • Swimming
  • Cycling
  • SkiErg work
  • Plyometric boxes
  • Running
  • Dumbbell work

There are more team events in 2018 and more categories including:

  • All female teams
  • All  male teams
  • Mixed teams [2 x girls, 2 x guys]
